Have you ever heard the saying that everybody has the ability to sing? Well, the same goes for creativity!
You might be thinking ‘but I can’t draw, paint or write well.’
And if that thought is especially true to you, Creative Sessions is your safe haven.
There is no right or wrong when it comes to creating.
Everything just…is. It can be anything you feel it to be.
So let’s connect, break through our limiting beliefs & allow our creativity to guide us.
The Creative Sessions Ethos
EXPLORE YOUR CREATIVITY
Creativity comes in many forms, so we’ll be moving through and exploring as many as possible here. Painting: a main focus, as it ignites a lot of the senses through colour, texture and touch. Collage: think vision boards, self expression, manifestation, fun. Writing: exploring journaling and how to alchemise feeling into poetry. Movement: get out of the mind’s limiting beliefs of ‘I can’t’, and into the body; letting go, creative freedom, pleasure and ‘I can’
CONNECT WITH COMMUNITY
As well as exploring the inner workings of the self, these sessions also allow for connection with those around us. They aim to strengthen the bonds of community and dissolve barriers of age, gender and everything in between. Through being together and sharing experiences we are able to remember that we are most definitely not alone in this world.
Think of it as a big play date!
TASTE PLANT ALLY OFFERINGS
Immerse the senses with a cacao or tea ceremony. Ceremony in its essence is taking the time to come into full presence, acknowledge the gifts of each plant/how they can enhance our practice when we work in union with them and set intentions.
Tea will typically be Rose tea, with other options available. We may explore additional plants such as mushrooms and blue lotus oil.

I always remember one of my teachers telling us about happy accidents that happen in the margins; when magic is created in mistakes. This is comparable to life. I like to think that there are no mistakes. Sometimes we have an idea in our mind of where we are going or how things should be, yet on our way to the destination we end up finding beauty in the journey and the process. These moments and creations are wonderful affirmations that we’re always exactly where we’re supposed to be, especially when we’re following the heart. This is where the juicy stuff is! Creativity can be as literal or as abstract as you like, as long as it makes sense to you. And truthfully, it doesn’t even have to make sense! It can purely be about expressing and/or being here, now, with no other distractions.
FEELING IS THE CLOSEST TO TRUTH THAT WE WILL EVER KNOW…

Cacao refers to the bean that grows on trees from which chocolate is made. It's the purest form. Chocolate is the processed result, yet cacao is raw and preserves the natural compounds. Research believes that it is the only food able to connect the left and right side of the brain. It relieves stress, it is great for your all-round health and is a great pathway to connecting with the self and others.
Ceremonial Cacao is prepared with intention and mindfulness, an ancient practice used by the Aztecs and Mayans passed down through generations and across cultures. It is mixed with plant based milk/water and spices. In this way, it works as a medicine and heart opener. It releases stress and emotions, being a great pathway to connecting with the self and others on a deeper level.

Rose: brewed from the petals and buds of the rose flower. Rose has a frequency of 320hz, which is the closest tangible that we have to the frequency of love on this earth! There are many benefits to connecting with this tea, including lots of antioxidants, anti inflammatory and reduced stress levels.
Mushrooms: There are so many health boosting strains of mushroom that grow around the earth in abundance! The scientific research is profound, and something that has been a personal passion of mine for some time. One of my favourites is Lion’s Mane, and this is currently the type that will be used at Aether To Earth alongside cacao. Usually sourced from my travels around Asia, Lion’s Mane is great for the neural pathways of the brain and immune system.
Blue lotus oil: a plant known for growing in the darkness, through mud and water and producing beautiful blossoming flowers. It’s a symbol amongst spirituality for resilience and connection, and a medicine that The Ancient Egyptians, Ancient Greeks and Ancient Tibetans used. Some benefits include sleep aid, antioxidant properties, clarity of the mind as well as skin and hair care.

There will be plenty of variations available, including teas such as lemon & ginger, butterfly pea tea, hibiscus, mint and more. Each and every herbal tea has its own healing, nourishing properties for regulating the nervous system. These will all be freshly sourced, as close to the root as possible.
