I’m Elle.

A Reiki practitioner and yoga facilitator intertwining a love for creative expression and nature with valuable knowledge and experience.

As a passionate guide and gateway for people to discover inner balance through the art of connection, my approach combines my studies in the arts, plant medicine and various therapeutic modalities. With years of experience in mental health amongst adults and children, it is my belief that a holistic approach is the route to deep rooted joy. Nature is my muse, and life experience is the most valuable teacher we have access to.

YOGA & MEDITATION

Weekly sessions planned to build you from basics whilst also allowing you to drop in wherever you’re at on your journey. 

CREATIVE SESSIONS

Held monthly around either the new or full moon, allowing your creative juices to flow through different techniques.

REIKI

A Reiki session is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy healing that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well being. During the session, the client lies down fully clothed on a surface in a calm, serene environment. The Reiki practitioner begins by lightly placing their hands just above (or gently on, if discussed) specific areas of the client’s body, such as the head, shoulders, torso and feet. These hand positions are held for a few minutes each, allowing energy to flow through the practitioner’s hands and into the client’s body. The goal is to balance and harmonize the client’s energy, removing any blockages and encouraging the body's natural healing processes.

Yoga derives from the word ‘yuj’ = union. It has been taught from the root of yoga that spending time with mindfulness in a comfortable asana can help imbalances in body, mind and energy. What we do, think, say and how we are is the same. This creates a cycle where each action has a reaction (see Newton’s third formula). Everything is deeply interwoven, from ancient knowledge through to our world as we know it today - even when it seems disconnected. Yoga is more than just a physical exercise, it’s a holistic practice and a way of life; of being. It’s a puzzle piece and the whole puzzle at the same time.
